Let's face it anxiety can show up when your feeling excited and nervous at the same time!

Like Eminem would say "You only get one shot, do not miss your chance to blow, this opportunity comes once in a lifetime"

I'm not prepared to let anxiety take over so this is what i do to prevent/manage it

Take deep breathes to feel grounded and step into my true highest self. Meditate! Use my voice and practise my message
